Information you provide. When you submit a service request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), city or ZIP code, the service you need, a description of the issue, your preferred contact method, and any photo you choose to upload.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent spam. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.

How service requests are handled
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you submit the service request form, Netlify receives your submission, stores it in our account, and screens it for spam using an automated filtering service. Submissions that fail spam checks may be discarded.
Netlify may also send a copy of your submission by email to the business address Braveheart chooses for notifications. That email, including your contact details and message, is then stored by the email provider we use to run our business email. We may also download or export submissions to keep service records.
Photos you upload
Photos are optional and are used only to help us understand your plumbing issue. Uploaded photos are stored by Netlify with your submission, and a notification email may include a link to view the photo. Anyone with that link may be able to open the file, so please avoid uploading images that show people, personal documents, or other sensitive information.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Data retention and security
We keep service request information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including record keeping, and we periodically delete older submissions and photos from our website account. Copies in our business email or service records may be kept longer where needed for those records. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
